“Hormonal health” package
Focus on lifestyle changes for menstrual health: Food choices, adrenal health and stress management, masculine/feminine energy, environmental toxins.

Nothing is as huge a change as becoming a parent. Previous healthy habits, if any, often go out the window once the responsbility of taking care of a baby comes along. Get support to find a balance in the new reality. Optional participation in monthly group Zoom support calls with other parents.
